Operation Supply Drop (OSD) has teamed up with Disgruntled Decks LLC to bring an inappropriate military themed card game to our veterans in rehabilitation. I'm all for it.
If you have never heard of Operation Supply Drop, it is an organization founded in 2010 that helps veterans and active duty military personnel combat depression, suicide, homelessness, and unemployment with gaming and on-post morale boosting events. Now, instead of blowing away aliens in games like Halo, our military will be trying to be the funniest warriors on the force with Disgruntled Decks: The Original Card Game for Veterans. The game directly takes the rules from Cards Against Humanity and gives it a military twist:
Copies of the game will be sent to Military Hospitals around the world, including those being treated via Warrior Transition Units (WTUs). WTUs are facilities where service members reside whom require personalized rehabilitation care for at least six months due to sustained injuries.
“Prior to Operation Supply Drop reaching out to us, we knew very well about their contributions to the veteran community,” says Joette Coble, Co-Founder of Disgruntled Decks LLC. Speaking fondly of interacting with OSD, she explains, “We immediately hit it off once we started talking, and Operation Supply Drop has been incredibly supportive of our young veteran-owned business. We’re incredibly excited to work alongside them to put our game into the hands of veterans who require much-deserved R&R.”

ABOUT DISGRUNTLED DECKS:
Disgruntled Decks is a new card game for military service members and grizzled Veterans who require offensive and inappropriate conversation to function normally. We understand that humor is on the same level as nicotine and caffeine when it comes to Veterans' survival needs.
Disgruntled Decks can be played by itself or integrated with a Cards Against Humanity® deck. The Army Edition will be the first deck released because, being Army Vets, that's what we know best. For more information about Disgruntled Decks, please visit www.disgruntleddecks.com.
