The anime is about a girl named Sorami, Kanata who developed a liking to playing to trumpet. She heard she can play the trumpet for free in the military, so she enlisted in it. Then she meets her crew-mates, Noel, Felicia, Rio, and Kureha. The story progresses from there.
Since SNW combines both military themes and musical themes, expect some kind of suspense, but not too much due to the calmness of this anime's surroundings. It's a real different feel than other kinds of anime than most out there and it's really unique. There will be plot twists and such so I really recommend watching it. I give it a 4 out of 5.
