Nate here. Love anime with school themed adult-rated comedy so wrong that it hides it under a Lucky Star theme? Then this is the anime for you!
Seitokai Yakuindomo, as it name sounds, has absoluely NO relation to the anime "Seitokai no Ichizon." This anime is strictly about adult comedy based on chibi and sometimes Lucky Star themes that makes perverts sound like idiots in an extremely funny way.
Compared to most average anime, usually it's the guys who are perverts, but in this case, it's the girls who are perverts, which really make this anime unique and absolutely historical. You eventually feel sorry for the male protagonist as he has to deal with all of this, lol. Oh and the loli of the anime isn't a tsundere for once!

The male protagonist of the story is named Tsuda Takatoshi. He was transferred to Ousai Academy, which recently changed from an all girls school to co-ed. Apparently he's one of the first few guys that enrolled into the academy. He eventually finds this out by noticing that everywhere he sees is only girls, on the bus station, on the way to school, practically wherever he walks. He gets stopped by the the student council president for bad uniform presentation (who is also a girl,) but because of that the VP (also a girl,) forcefully placed him into the student council to get him off of his misdemeanor. And because of that, he is now in the student council, where he realizes that the prez, and the VP has the thing for sexual conversations, and the other council member is practically a prodigy in everything...but turn out she is as tall as a 6th grader. So now he has to live his school life with these girls...
This anime is straight-up funny. From it's "rules" to it's jokes. My personal favorite character is Shino, the president. The disappointing thing about it is that there's only 13 episodes with no OVA, but there hinted a second season at the end of the last episode, so I can't wait for that. From the catchy OP and ED themes, to the art styles, to the unique character types, this has things most anime rarely come across, which is great. I love and if you're a comedy lover like me, you will too. I give it a 4.9 out of 5 (We love SYD!!!)
WILL BE WAITING FOR A SECOND SEASON, HEHEHEH...
