this is very sadly true A leaked footage of the new Sonic game was relased to the internet and made the sonic fans come out with angry nerd anger. Sonic fans when upon watching the leaked footage have put together a online petition against sonic 4 and the way they are boycotting is by buying Sonic 1? Hold on, let me get this straight, Sonic fans are pissed at what Sonic 4 looks like now and the way to get back at Sega is by buying Sonic 1? So you basically just throwing money at them? Wow, well I can't find the logic in this but all right, maybe if I stand here while people throw money at me will make me go away. yea lets see that happen. Here's a quote from them, "Fans of the sonic series are like most sega fans, we want their old games brought back to the glory days when sega was pretty much the power in video games. Seeing the gameplay of sonic 4 has made many of us realize what we already knew, Sonic 4 will simply not be anywhere near as good as the original sonic games. Either way, We will decide to finally show sega what the fans truly want. A real sonic 4, as long as sonic 4 stays the way it is, we will not buy it, we will in fact buy sonic 1 on release in protest of sonic 4, till we end up with a re tool, or change, we want sonic in hd, not sonic RUSH HD. We will not buy a future sonic game, till we get a true successor to sonic 1/2" Look I played sonic 1, 2 and 3. Never did beat any of them but I can see why this game has a following but lets wait till the game it out before we can make any judgement alright people? well this fan took the liberty of expressing his view in a very cool way though http://objection.mrdictionary.net/go.php?n=3637833-Reported by Anthony Beanes Source: http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3178122
'you sunk my battleship' says the old man OMGPOP has been known to have clone copies of some great games lately and this remake is perfect for OMGPOP library. Its a remake of the old school shooter of Missle Command where you shoot missile's out of the sky to protect your bases but in this remake you and your buddies can help each other by protecting yourselves as a team against the missile apocalypse. the remake adds in online cooperative multiplayer, bosses and unit upgrades. Not a bad way to celebrate a classic game, all things considered. Oh and did I mention its for free? yea so go check it out. -Reported by Anthony Beanes source: http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3178127
Its a deal to die for I was a bit shocked at this sale I saw today, Batman: Arkham Asylum the critically good game is on sale on games for windows platform for $12.95 this weekend. Yes, 12.95 and normally this would go to around 50-60 dollars easy. So I highly suggest you buy this game if you have the money, you won't regret it and it is a very great game indeed. Oh and this is for the PC version. -Reported By Anthony Beanes Source: http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3178129
Yea when I first heard of this I thought, oh just some lame average Joe copying Bleach manga completely but when I heard that the artist of the ripped off manga was the son of The Gene Simmons, that changes a lot of things. Nick Simmons is the artist at Publisher Radical Comics and recently he made some very very similar changes to his comic, Incarnate, that looks an awful like the manga style of Bleach. "Radical is taking swift action… to maintain the integrity and protect the intellectual property of artists throughout the world.” As you might of guessed he is being accused of plagiarism for obvious reasons and even Kubo the man behind bleach is surprised himself this came up. Viz media is also looking into this issue as we all watch how this will turn out. We keep you posted as this turns out. "I have a great deal of respect for Tite Kubo’s patience regarding this matter. I empathize with Simmons’ interest in Bleach; however, there must be a deliniation between homage or unconscious influence and conscious copying."-Reported by Anthony Beanes Source: http://www.animenation.net/blog/2010/02/25/incarnate-comic-accused-of-plagiarism/
Just as my Steam account gets hacked, damn you!, Supreme Commander 2 demo has been relased out to Steam today. All you needs is a valid Steam account to download it. You can grab the demo here http://store.steampowered.com/app/40140/ The story starts with the newly-elected president's assassination. A trailer for the game released at the Entertainment Software Association's 2009 Electronic Entertainment Expo indicates that the story takes place twenty-five years after the conclusion of Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance, and centers on the breakdown of peaceful relations between the United Earth Federation, the Aeon Illuminate, and the Cybran Nation, implying that war has been instigated through a single bullet. I played the first one for a bit and its a pretty good RTS but if you need something to fill in your time and feel like your playing Starcraft 2 check this demo out. I do a 1st impressions on this demo as soon as my steam account is back -_-;;; -Reported by Anthony Beanes sources: http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/62507http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supreme_Commander_2

Its been 3 years since we heard another light novel since the last haruhi novel and I don't blame him after the fallout of Haruhi season 2 anime adaption. But appearntly in the next issue of The Sneaker on April 30th the magazine will have a preivew of the next light novel of Haruhi, Suzumiya Haruhi no Kyōgaku (The Surprise of Haruhi Suzumiya). The last novel that was made into anime was haruhi season two, or Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yūutsu and recently the film The disspearnce of Haruhi Suzumiya was released in japan. Out of the all the novels there are 10 of them, yes 10 haruhi novels and this is will be the 10th novel hes been working on. So that would mean, the next several years possibly even longer we will be seeing haruhi a lot more often then usual. Lets just hope they can improve on the next seasons and try not to anger all the fans like last time with the endless eight arc. -Reported by Anthony Beanes source: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2010-02-24/haruhi-new-light-novel-to-be-previewed-in-the-sneaker

Bandai Entertainment as announced two new manga add on's Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion: Queens and Code geass Lelouch of the Rebellion:Knights. As its been a pattern with the other manga spin offs of code geass lately( Code Geass: Suzaku of the Counterattack, and Code Geass: Nightmare of Nunnally) seems like this is more based on the female heroines and Male heros of the series. The thing that kinda caught me off guard is that on each pictures of the books it says "for boys" or "for girls". My only guess is that this is probably some fan service for both genders. Yea so just a guess here but its suggestive on the cover of the books, so we might see some eechi yaoi with Knights and eechi yuri with Queens. Knights is to be shipped out this May while Queens ship out in June. Keep an eye out for these two as they draw near to its ship date. -reported by Anthony Beanes source: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2010-02-22/bandai-ent-adds-code-geass/knights-and-queens-manga
I think at this point everyone has played some sort of peggle but if you are the very few or the type that are not into these type of games, you can now download Peggle Nights for pc or mac. Peggle in the very simplets of terms is like if you take pachinko game in Japan aracade machines and made a video game of it this would be it only whith one ball, and at the end you get to hear ode to joy music playing. So in the midst of good games on your computer I suggest you try out Peggle just to see how you like it, it already made its way into the huge World of Warcraft so I can imagine its a big deal....*sarcasm in the end* And you can pick it up here https://store.popcap.com/passport_signup.php the only requirement is you sign up for thier newsletter and technically you send the free copy to your friend but you can keep it for yourself, heh who wouldn't. -Reported by Anthony Beanes Source: http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/62467
